What to Know Before You Book

  • 24-hour notice of cancellation is necessary.
  • Prices vary depending on the amount of color product used, hair thickness & length, creative process, and stylist's experience.
  • Non-cancellations or “NO-SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the original service booked.

Do your stylists take new clients?
Yes, many of our stylists are currently accepting new clients. Check our team page to find the right fit and book directly.
What is SUL’s cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged a fee based on the reserved service.
How do I book an appointment at SUL?
You can book online anytime through our contact form or call the studio during open hours. New clients are always welcome.
Where is SUL The Studio located?
SUL is located at 2090 Celebration Dr, Suite 104, Grand Rapids, MI 49525. We’re easy to find, with convenient parking and a welcoming, modern studio space.
